What to include
- Your workspace's address, such as yourname.looph.ing, so we can find it without asking.
- For a problem: what you did, what you expected and what happened instead, with a screenshot if you have one.
- For plans or a move from another tool: roughly how many admins, boards and voters you have, and which tool you use today.
- For a privacy request: the email address the request is about. We answer within 30 days, as the privacy policy says.
