Where to start

Which comparison to read first

Teams usually start looking for a new feedback tool for one of four reasons. Start with the pages that match yours.

  • Your audience is outgrowing a small user allowance

Canny prices on tracked users, from 25 on its free tier, and Pendo quotes paid plans on monthly active users. Looph also limits tracked voters by plan, at larger allowances and published prices.

  • Your bill grows with your team

Featurebase and Aha! charge per seat, and Productboard per maker with a five-maker minimum. Each new teammate changes the price.

  • You cannot get a price without a call

UserVoice publishes no list prices, and Productboard sells Business through a demo request.

  • A cheap board has hit its limits

Frill caps active ideas on its entry plan and sells privacy as an add-on; Nolt caps boards at one, then five, then custom pricing.
