Feedback-tool prices look close on a pricing page and very different on an invoice, because they count different things. We took the published prices for 5 tools from our verified comparison records, plus Looph's, and worked out what each costs at 5, 25 and 100 team members. At 100 people, the most expensive (Aha! Roadmaps, $5,900/mo) costs about 268 times the cheapest (Frill, $22/mo). We make Looph, which is in the table and marked as ours.
How we worked it out
For each tool we took the cheapest paid plan and its annual price from our comparison record, which is re-read on the vendor's own pricing page at least every 30 days. Per-seat prices are multiplied by the team size. Flat prices stay the same at every size. Looph's members are free, so its row depends on admins and voters instead. We assume one admin for every 10 team members, rounded up, hold tracked voters at 1,000 (the Starter allowance) and take the cheapest plan with room for both, at its yearly price. Where a plan caps the team it allows, larger teams are shown as needing the next plan up, at whatever price the vendor states for it.
The table leaves out usage charges, such as Featurebase's per-resolution AI fee, add-ons and discounts, and it holds customer numbers at each plan's included allowance. Those can move a real bill a long way, so treat the table as the floor for each tool, not the whole cost.

Monthly cost by team size
Each column is the monthly price for that many team members who need access to the tool: product managers, support, success and sales. The plan is each vendor's cheapest paid plan, billed annually, because that is the price most teams start on.
| Tool | 5 team members | 25 team members | 100 team members | Plan and basis | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Canny | $79/mo | Business, custom price | Business, custom price | Pro, billed annually; the price also rises with tracked users, which this table holds at Pro's allowance | Canny pricing |
| Featurebase | $145/mo | $725/mo | $2,900/mo | Growth, billed yearly; excludes the per-use charge for AI resolutions | Featurebase pricing |
| Aha! Roadmaps | $295/mo | $1,475/mo | $5,900/mo | Premium, billed annually; Enterprise plans make read-only users free | Aha! pricing |
| Frill | $22/mo | $22/mo | $22/mo | Startup, billed yearly; capped at 50 active ideas | Frill pricing |
| Nolt | $29/mo | $29/mo | $29/mo | Essential, billed annually; one board | Nolt pricing |
| Looph (ours) | $16/mo | $16/mo | $49/mo | Starter at 5 and 25 ($19/mo billed monthly), Growth at 100 ($59/mo billed monthly), here billed yearly; members free, assumes one admin per 10 team members and 1,000 tracked voters | See flat pricing |
What the numbers show
Headcount is what separates the bills. Featurebase and Aha! Roadmaps price per team member, so their cost rises in a straight line: going from 5 to 100 people multiplies the bill by 20. The flat-priced tools cost the same for 100 people as for 5, which is why, on a per-seat plan, inviting support or sales becomes a budget decision. Looph moves only when the admins it needs outgrow a plan: Starter at 5 and 25, Growth at 100 people.
Canny sits between the two. Its Pro plan is a flat price for up to 10 managers, but it grows with tracked users, the customers who post and vote, and more managers than Pro allows means the custom-priced Business plan.
The cheapest flat plans come with limits: Frill's Startup plan caps active ideas at 50 and Nolt's Essential plan allows one board. Compare what each plan includes, not only the price, before choosing on cost.
Size by size
At 5 team members, published prices run from $16/mo (Looph (ours)) to $295/mo (Aha! Roadmaps). This is the size where every tool is affordable and the differences are mostly about features.
At 25 team members, published prices run from $16/mo (Looph (ours)) to $1,475/mo (Aha! Roadmaps), and Canny needs a custom-priced plan. This is where per-seat pricing starts to dominate the decision, because the gap between flat and per-seat plans is already several hundred dollars a month.
At 100 team members, published prices run from $22/mo (Frill) to $5,900/mo (Aha! Roadmaps), and Canny needs a custom-priced plan. At this size the pricing model matters more than any feature, since the same team costs a flat price on one tool and a multiple of it on another.
How to use this for your own team
Count the people who would need access if it cost nothing: product, support, success, sales and engineering leads. That number, not today's seat count, is the one to price, because per-seat tools turn every new colleague into a purchasing decision.
Then add the customer side: how many people will post or vote each month. For tools that bill by tracked users or monthly active users, that is the number that grows fastest. The cost calculator works through both for you.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a feedback tool cost for a team of 25?
On each vendor's cheapest paid plan billed annually, from $16/mo to $1,475/mo among the tools that publish prices. Per-seat tools account for the top of that range; flat-priced tools cost the same at 25 people as at 5. Looph's price follows admins rather than headcount: $16/mo for 25 people, assuming one admin per 10.
Which feedback tools charge per seat?
Of the tools here, Featurebase and Aha! Roadmaps charge per team member. Canny charges by tracked users, the customers who post and vote, and caps team managers per tier. Frill and Nolt charge a flat price per workspace. Looph charges per workspace with members free on every plan; its plans step up with admin seats and tracked voters, not with headcount.
Why are Productboard, UserVoice and Pendo not in the table?
They publish no list prices: Productboard sells through a demo request and sales, UserVoice is quote-only, and Pendo's paid plans are custom-priced on monthly active users. A table can only compare published figures.
