Connect the feedback loop to the tools you already run on

A feedback board that lives on an island doesn't close any loops. Looph puts new feedback in the Slack and Discord channels your team already watches, turns Slack messages into posts, moves posts as linked GitHub and Jira issues are done, sends feedback activity to Segment, and reaches the rest of your stack through Zapier and Make — so every vote, status change and shipped release keeps moving without someone manually relaying it. Linear, Microsoft Teams, CRMs, support desks and identity providers are coming soon, and each page says which is which.

Each integration is labelled by how it connects, or as coming soon if it is not available yet. Slack and Discord are on every plan; the API and webhooks start on Starter; single sign-on is not on any plan yet.

Integration FAQ

Slack, Discord and the Chrome extension, which are on every plan. GitHub, Jira, Zapier, Make and everything else built on the API and webhooks need Starter or above, and Segment needs Growth or above. SAML sign-in through Okta or Google Workspace is coming soon and is not on any plan yet.

It depends on the tool, and each page says which. Slack, Discord, GitHub, Jira and Segment are native: you connect them inside Looph from the Integrations settings. Zapier and Make run on Looph's REST API and webhooks. Linear, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, Okta and Google Workspace are coming soon, and their pages describe how each is planned to work.

No. Tracked voters are the customers who vote on your boards, and connecting Slack, Zapier or anything else does not add to that count. Each plan includes a number of tracked voters; outgrowing it means moving up a plan, not a per-voter charge.
