Where Canny fits
Canny is a mature, well-built product with a large integration catalogue and unlimited contributors, and plenty of teams are happy on it. The difference is in the billing model. Both tools set a tracked-voter allowance per plan, but Canny's start lower and upgrade you automatically, with a prorated charge, when you pass one. Looph's allowances are larger at each price, members are free, and moving up a plan is always your decision — the trade-off being that new voters are refused until you do.
