Unlimited members on every plan

Customer feedback software Requests in.
Public roadmap out.

Looph turns scattered customer requests into a ranked, public roadmap — and tells every voter when their request ships. Priced per workspace, with no charge for the teammates you invite as members.

  • Unlimited members on every plan
  • Pay for admin seats, not for everyone on the team
  • Free forever plan, no credit card

One workspace for the whole loop

Feedback boards, voting, roadmap and changelog in one tool

Collect, rank, plan, ship, announce, and reward the people who helped. Every piece talks to the next one, so nothing gets re-entered and nobody gets ghosted.

  • Feedback boards

Public or private boards per product, team or customer segment. Search, filter and sort every request without exporting a thing.

  • Feature voting

Let customers upvote what matters instead of arguing in a spreadsheet. Demand becomes visible and rankable on day one.

  • Public roadmap

Planned, in progress and shipped — in a view your customers can bookmark. No more 'is anyone even reading this?'

  • Changelog

Ship a release, announce it, and close the loop with everyone who voted for it. The loop is the product.

  • Rewards engine

Points, streaks, levels and a leaderboard that give people a reason to come back and take part.

  • Browser extension

Send text from any page to Looph, file it under a customer's name and spot duplicates as you type.

Who you pay for

Why teams switch from per-seat pricing

Across Canny, Productboard, UserVoice, Featurebase and Aha!, the same pattern repeats: seat fees, tracked-user meters, AI credits, seat minimums and top tiers priced only by quote. Pricing like that pushes teams to ration access to their own feedback portal. Comparing options? Start with our round-up of customer feedback tools.

  • Per-seat pricing that locks support and sales out of the board

Unlimited members on every plan, so everyone who talks to customers can join in

  • Seat minimums that force you to pay for empty chairs

No seat minimums on any plan — a solo founder pays the plan price, or nothing on Free

  • A top tier you can only price by booking a sales call

Every plan priced on the page, Business included

  • Requests pile up and voters never hear back

Voters follow what they vote on, and are emailed when its status changes

A board people come back to

A rewards engine for feedback contributors

Most feedback boards die quietly: people post once, hear nothing, never return. On Growth and Business, Looph adds a rewards engine — points for contributing, streaks for showing up, levels and a leaderboard. When we last checked their pricing pages (each on or after ), none of the eight tools we compare listed an equivalent.

  • Points for posts, votes and comments
  • Streaks that reward consistent contributors
  • Levels from Newcomer to Legend, renamable
  • A leaderboard and a store to spend points in

Contributor levels

  1. 01Newcomer0 pts
  2. 02Contributor50 pts
  3. 03Regular250 pts
  4. 04Champion1,000 pts
  5. 05Legend2,500 pts

Levels are reached on lifetime points, and spending points never lowers one. Each workspace can rename the levels, and the whole engine can be switched off if it isn't right for your audience.

The basics

Common questions about Looph

Looph is customer-feedback software that combines feedback boards, feature voting, a public roadmap and a changelog in one workspace. Customers post and vote on requests, you rank them by real demand, and everyone who voted is notified when the thing they asked for ships. It is built for product and support teams: SaaS product teams, B2B teams with named accounts, indie makers, mobile teams, agencies and internal IT teams. A Chrome extension lets your team post, vote and comment from any page, and on Growth and above a rewards engine with points, streaks, levels and a leaderboard gives customers a reason to keep contributing. Pricing is per workspace: any number of teammates can join as members on every plan, and you pay for admin seats, boards and tracked voters by plan. Free costs nothing; Starter is $19, Growth $59 and Business $179 a month. Looph's website is looph.ing.

Yes. The Free plan is free forever and needs no credit card: unlimited members, 2 admin seats, one public board, 100 tracked voters, the public roadmap and changelog, Slack and Discord notifications and the Chrome extension. Every new workspace can try every Business feature free for 14 days, no credit card required: the owner starts the trial from Billing when the team is ready. Teams usually move to a paid plan when they need more boards or a private one, more voters, automations, integrations such as Jira and GitHub, or the API.

Free forever; Starter $19 a month, Growth $59 a month and Business $179 a month, billed monthly. Yearly billing costs 17% less: $190, $590 and $1,790 a year. The price is for the whole workspace, not per person. Starter adds private boards, 1,000 tracked voters, automations, CSV import, the GitHub, Jira and Zapier integrations and the API; Growth adds a custom domain, branding removal, rewards and 10,000 voters; Business removes the limits and adds an IP allowlist and a dedicated Slack channel. Every price is published, and Business does not need a sales call.

Not per person. Members are free and unlimited on every plan, so support, sales and success can post, vote and triage without a seat each. What the plans set is a ceiling, not a meter: admin seats (2, 3, 10 or unlimited) and tracked voters (100, 1,000, 10,000 or unlimited). Looph never upgrades you or charges per head when you reach one: you cannot add another admin, and new voters cannot vote, until you move up a plan, and Business has no limits on either.

Product and support teams who need customers to see what is being built. It fits SaaS product teams, B2B teams with named accounts, indie makers, mobile teams, agencies running client portals and internal IT teams — anyone whose feedback currently lives in a spreadsheet. Because members are free, the people who hear from customers every day, in support, sales and success, can log and vote on requests without anyone rationing logins, and voters are told when what they asked for ships.

Mostly in who you pay for. Productboard bills per maker, and Canny's plans step up with tracked users; Looph charges per workspace, with free members on every plan and published prices up to the top tier. Productboard goes further on internal planning, and Canny has a longer track record and a larger integration catalogue. Our comparison pages cover each one line by line.
