What you get with browser extension

  • Capture selected text

    Select the customer's words and right-click Send to Looph, or open the extension: the post form starts with the selection already in it.

  • File it under the customer's name

    Find a customer who has contributed before, or add one by email, and file the post on their behalf so it counts as their request.

  • Duplicates before you post

    As you type a title, matching posts appear. Vote on one, or add the text as a comment or an internal note, instead of starting a duplicate.

  • Routed at capture time

    Pick the board and tags in the popup, so the post lands where it belongs instead of waiting for triage.

Your team. The extension signs in with a workspace team account and is built for support and customer success staff, who capture what customers say in tickets, emails and notes. Customers post and vote on your board directly.

Yes. It runs in Chrome on any page, and only reads it when you ask: the page's address and title, and the text you selected, when you click the extension or choose Send to Looph. It asks for no access to sites in advance.

Yes. The extension is part of Free and of every paid plan, and it is used by your team, who join as free members.

The title and details you write, which start from the text you selected, the board and tags you chose, and the customer you filed it for. The page's address and title are sent with it, and the post is marked as coming from the extension. It does not take screenshots or collect browser diagnostics.

Onto your board like any other post, with the same voting and statuses. Its followers are notified whenever its status changes, just as they are for a post submitted on the board.

Download it from Looph's extension page and load it in Chrome as an unpacked extension, then sign in. A Chrome Web Store listing is coming soon. Admins can switch the extension off for the whole workspace.
