What you will be able to do with Linear

Coming soon. The Linear integration is not available yet; this page describes how it is planned to work and what you can use in the meantime.

01A Linear integration is planned so that a voted request can become a Linear issue, with a link back to the post and the demand behind it.
02As the issue moves through Linear, the linked post's status is planned to follow, so the roadmap stays current without anyone copying statuses across.
03When the work ships, the post's followers will hear about it from Looph, through the status change or a linked changelog entry.

What you can do today

The Looph app for Zapier can bridge Looph and Linear today. The app is private for now, not listed in Zapier's public directory: you add it from an invite link in Looph's settings. It runs on the API and webhooks, which start on Starter.

1In Looph, open Settings, then Integrations, and follow the invite link on the Zapier card to add the Looph app to your Zapier account.
2Create an API key under Settings, then API & Webhooks, and connect the Looph app in Zapier with it.
3Looph to Linear: build a Zap from Post Status Changed, filtered to Planned, to Linear's create-issue action, with the post's title and link in the issue.
4Linear to Looph: build a Zap from a Linear issue update to Looph's Change Post Status action, finding the post with Looph's Find Post search or a post ID kept on the issue. The post's followers are notified as for any status change.
5Paste the Linear issue's link into an internal note on the post, so your team can see where the work lives.

The Linear integration is coming soon. Looph has no Linear connection today, so nothing on this page can be set up yet.

This is the arrangement the SaaS product team use case describes: customers and CS vote in Looph, and only what earns it graduates into the tracker.
